A great find! The owners were helpful and friendly, and other reviews weren’t lying about the delicious cakes each afternoon - the brownies were our favourite. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the bathrooms are a little dated but again they’re clean and have everything you need, so no major issue. Good water pressure! We had room 6 with a lovely balcony and views - perfect for the unexpected local carnival! Highly recommend.
I had the most wonderful stay. Beautiful room with a lovely view The hosts Katie and Richard are the most charming people you could meet. Home made cake and biscuits were supplied and breakfast was in a charming front of house conservatory. Will definitely return to stay in the summer. A perfect stay. Thank you so much Katie and Rich x
Fab stay. Couldn't ask for more. Assisted with a parking space, great help at check in. Spotlessly clean. Great sea view from balcony. And..... What fab cakes!!! Katie and Rich were just excellent hosts. Will be returning next year.

This is our second stay at Sea View and it was even better than our first. Rich and Katie are wonderful hosts, going out of their way to make you feel welcome and your visit to Eastbourne as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are spotlessly clean and Katie’s cakes are truly delicious!
